French American Beyond Organic Forest Farm started in 2016.
Nested at two thousand feet of altitude in the brisk air of New York's Catskill Mountains, near the village of Livingston Manor.
The use of exclusively organic non-GMO seeds and ultra high quality organic soil to grow our microgreens ensures the maximum content in nutrients and truly fantastic flavors. No pesticides, no herbicides, no fertilizers. We grow year round.
Shiitake, Maitake, Oyster, Nameko and Lion's Mane mushrooms are grown on logs and stumps under the shaded hemlock canopy of our forest. We use exclusively top quality organic spawn to inoculate the wood. We tend to the natural cycle of the mushrooms and they do not fruit between November and April.
We serve chefs and gourmet markets.
